I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 15 years of experience in clinical practice. I'm trained in Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Mindful Eating and Gestalt Psychotherapy. I can offer you a safe space where we can work on building skills to help you overcome anxiety, shame and self-esteem issues, among others, and connect with who you really are, what you truly want, and create a satisfying and meaningul life.
